Are they actually good for my pet? +
Yes. Each flavour is tied to a health formula — Digestive, Skin & Coat, or Superfood — designed with a functional purpose. They’re a gourmet reward that also does some good.
What is a “gourmet postcard”, exactly? +
A single-serve treat shaped and packaged like a collectible postcard from a country, flavoured after its iconic dish. Each is resealable, breakable into up to 12 bites, and about 42.5 g.
Can I personalise a Mailbox? +
Yes — each Mailbox gift pack has a spot for your pet’s name and includes a free gift inside, plus seven gourmet postcards from around the world. It makes a lovely present.
How should I store them? +
Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dry place. Once opened, close the resealable card well to preserve the crunch and the aromas.
