Using our website

You may browse and buy for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use our content unlawfully.

You must be of legal age in your province or country to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, illustrations, the postcard designs, logos and the look and feel — is owned by Petgrination or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

Products and descriptions

Our treats are complementary pet foods, not a complete diet, and are intended as an occasional reward. We describe our products as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that every description, image or ingredient list is entirely error-free. Colours and packaging may vary slightly.

Petgrination treats are made in human-grade facilities under B.R.C.G.S. food-safety standards.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping are added at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our checkout provider, Snipcart, and its payment partners; we never store your full card details.

Your order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not by itself constitute our acceptance. We may decline or limit an order — for example where stock, pricing errors or shipping restrictions apply — and will refund any amount charged for a cancelled order.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier. Please note that pet-food import rules vary by country and are your responsibility to observe for international orders.

Satisfaction guarantee & returns

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the unused portion within 14 days of receipt, in its original packaging with proof of purchase, for a refund of the product price or a replacement. Initial and return shipping costs are excluded. Returns are limited to the original purchaser.

Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is your own, truthful, and not paid for, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use and display it in connection with our brand. Do not submit unlawful, offensive or infringing content. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

Disclaimers

Information on this site, including on nutrition and wellness, is for general purposes only and is not veterinary advice. Always consult your veterinarian for your pet’s health. The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Petgrination will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act of Québec or other mandatory law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the judicial district of the seller’s establishment in Québec, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers.
